It’s my first time logging in — what’s my password?
  • You’ll need a one-time temporary password for your first login.
  • Check your inbox for an invitation email with your temporary password.
  • After logging in, you’ll be prompted to set your own password.
I forgot my password — how can I reset it?
  • On the login page, click Forgot Password.
  • You’ll receive a reset link via email.
  • Follow the link to choose a new password.
  • You may be prompted to verify using a secondary authentication method to complete the process.
I forgot my username — how do I find it?
I’m not receiving invitation, verification, or password reset emails.
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • If nothing’s there, confirm with your IT team that the email wasn’t blocked.
  • Still no luck? Reach out to Solairus IT Support.
I don’t have an account — how do I request access?
  • Please contact your Client Accounting Director (CAD) to request access.
How do I enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click your name in the upper-left corner → go to Settings.
  3. Under Preferences, you’ll find the MFA toggle.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to enable or disable MFA.
I’m locked out after too many failed attempts — what now?
I’m seeing “Invalid username or password.” What does that mean?
  • Double-check your credentials — make sure Caps Lock isn’t on.
  • If the issue persists, reset your password or contact Solairus IT Support.
How do I change my password after logging in?
  1. Click your name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Go to SettingsPassword Settings to update your password.
Why do I keep getting logged out?
  • For security, the system automatically signs you out after a period of inactivity.
  • This helps protect your data — and it can’t be disabled.
